Shipping
Our shipments are standardized at $260 pesos to anywhere in the republic. All our shipments travel insured.
International shipments (United States and Canada) may generate additional customs charges which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
All purchases have 30 days to make this policy effective; After this time we will not be able to offer you exchanges or returns. To make the return or exchange, it is necessary that you send us the part back by parcel so that the refund is effective and in case of exchange, you need to send the part back before proceeding to make the new part.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM PIECES.
To make a return, you need to send us your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your product, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also notify you if the return is appropriate or not.
If the size you chose for your ring was not correct, we will gladly change it. The size change has a cost of 250 Mexican pesos and shipping costs are borne by the customer. Our shipments are standardized at 260 pesos each way. Therefore, the total cost of the size change will be 770 pesos.
Changes
If you wish to make an exchange due to defects and obtain the same product, send us an email to info@arielaz.com to give you instructions.
The customer will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Composite
The components have a warranty validity of one year from the purchase of the piece.
It is necessary to send the piece to our offices and once received, the repair takes approximately 15-20 business days. Once we verify that the part is ready and effectively repaired, it will be sent back to you.
