Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item purchased from www.arielaz.com free of charge for manufacturing defects within the first 365 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs necessary after the first year, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping charges at the customer's expense. Repair prices vary by style and typically start at $250 pesos plus shipping costs.
We are responsible for sending you the ring size you order. However, we cannot be responsible for determining your size. (Some people wear their rings looser and others tighter.)
In case you made a mistake with your ring size, we can gladly adjust it to the correct size. The cost of changing the size is $250 Mexican pesos and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. The price of a ring resize varies depending on the style and usually starts at $250 pesos plus shipping costs. The requested ring size change and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The pieces must travel insured in case of theft or loss. You can request shipping with us, which costs $260 pesos each way and we will send you the guide so that your piece travels insured. The approximate cost of changing the size is $770 pesos with everything and insured shipping.
We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweller. Any warranty on the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on an Ariela'z piece.
This policy only applies to purchases made on arielaz.com or in our Showroom.
Unfortunately we do not make adjustments or size changes on pieces that are not made by Ariela'z.
Please note that our adjustments and size changes take 15 to 20 business days (approximately) plus shipping times.
