- What material is the product I am buying made of?
All the stones we use are 100% authentic and the gold is solid 14k.
We also have a line of silver and 14k gold plate, depending on the piece purchased and the corresponding material.
2. How do your piercings work?
The drilling is done in our showroom in Lomas de Chapultepec. You must make an appointment. We pierce with a surgical steel earring which cannot be changed for up to 4 weeks. The piercing and the earring we pierce with is free but to do it you have to buy one of our pieces.
We only pierce lobe, not cartilage.

3. What care should the pieces take?
14k gold pieces really don't need any care.
Natural stones, especially the softer ones, tend to attract oil, so it is important to avoid hand creams and oils.
To clean your 14k gold fine jewelry pieces, you can wash them with a little warm soapy water (dish soap) and scrub very gently with a toothbrush.
Please avoid all unfamiliar cleaning chemicals, as natural stones may be damaged.
Regarding the gold plate:
Since the gold plate is a surface coating, it is important to take proper care of it.
If your piece is a ring with a plate, we recommend that you do not apply cream or wash your hands with it.
As for the rest of the sheet metal pieces, we recommend that you do not bathe with them, put alcohol or perfume on them so that they do not begin to deteriorate.
Our gold plate is of the best quality on the market, however, as it is a plate it is important to consider its nature of coating and take into account that depending on the different pH ( Coefficient that indicates the degree of acidity or basicity of something or someone) of People may be more likely to start peeling.
