As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) together, we want to assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to maintain the well-being of you, our clients and our team. 🙌😇
We hope that you and your families are well. We ask that you take into account that we are still processing your orders and our team is working from home, however, delays in delivery times and shipping are expected due to the COVID-19 health crisis. We appreciate your patience and support!
Our pieces normally take 3-5 weeks as stated in the description, however in times of coronavirus shipping times can be up to 7-8 weeks.
There are also certain pieces that can take much longer than others.
For now we have decided to postpone all in-person Showroom appointments until further notice. If you want to create a piece, we'll love to work with you remotely via WhatsApp or Facetime, and we're taking virtual appointments via ZOOM.
We have decided to send packages 1 or 2 times a week instead of every day, so that our team avoids contact with other people as much as possible. That's why it may take a few days longer than planned for your tracking guide to be generated.
We will do our best to have your parts delivered in the promised time, however, with the current situation we may have delays in production and shipping. We ask for your understanding as we all go through these difficult times. 📦
