Our priority is customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Customer service for our Ecommerce clients.
-Supervision of online store orders as well as Showroom orders.
-Pack orders from the online store.
-Manage all customer service emails via email, Facebook and Instagram DM.
-Have complete knowledge of our parts to be able to respond to customers quickly.
-Read and respond to Instagram messages in an orderly manner and as soon as possible.
-Connect Instagram messages with the corresponding department.
-Schedule different matters.
-Office organization.
-Make different orders.
-Visit the jewelry center and different suppliers choosing stones and doing various tasks such as engraving pieces, setting stones, etc.
Requirements:
-Be a person whose primary values are honesty.
-Have an excellent disposition to deal with clients and suppliers.
-Have interest in jewelry.
-Have a great desire to work and learn.
Study careers: design, marketing, business.
The interested person may be studying at university and have part-time availability. And be available to come on Saturdays from 11am - 3pm.
Part-time salary: 5 thousand pesos
